PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES
All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Standard shipping typically takes between 2-8 business days for destinations within the United States. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Additionally, nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may impact your estimated delivery date.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order via USPS. Once you receive your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
WHAT’S THE MINIMUM ORDER AMOUNT?
We ship using USPS, so there is no order minimum. You pay taxes on product (if required in your state), plus flat-rate shipping. Small Flat-Rate boxes fit 3 bath bombs, so please select your shipping correctly. We offer FREE SHIPPING FOR ORDERS OVER $100.
WHICH COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TO?
As we are a new business, we are currently only shipping within the United States. Feel free to contact us directly, and arrangements can probably be made for shipping outside. Would love to spread the love of luxurious horror themed bath bombs WORLDWIDE.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Downtown San Francisco, in the fabulous heart of the Tenderloin. We are a local, woman owned business, and we strive to make bath bombs that people with all skin types and allergies can use safely.
